5. SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it after 24 hours. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After that, delivery will take 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

EKOVIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please inform your respective shipping carrier with the information provided on the tracking page.
