1. RETURNS POLICY
You can return your products purchased at www.ekovie.com within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging. We do not accept items that have been used but are not damaged.
Email us at support@ekovie.com to coordinate the return of your order.
Our customer service department will guide you through the process. Once we receive the return at our warehouse, we will refund the amount of the returned order.

If the customer wishes to exchange or return an item, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or custom items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost / Stolen Items
The "Store" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on the tracking page.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may process your refund.
